Warranties and Returns Policy

WARRANTIES: Warranty Products sold by WA Lifting Equipment Pty Ltd are limited to their warranty time period and are expected to be free from defects in the material and workmanship of that product for the timeframe of that warranty. The warranty is limited to making good or replacing any part which appears upon inspection by the manufacturer or his agent to be defective in material or workmanship. The warranty of a product sold by WA Lifting Equipment Pty Ltd excludes normal wear and tear, accidents, or any damage caused by misuse or abuse. Parts of the product which can be subjected to use beyond their normal intended working capacity are also excluded. The warranty of a product is made void if parts other than genuine parts have been used or if repairs or alterations have been made without the manufacturer’s written authority. The warranty applies from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase with a confirmed register receipt and/or Tax Invoice is essential for all warranty claims. We reserve the right to reject any claim where the purchase cannot be verified. The warranty replacement unit can only be made available by returning the original faulty unit to WA Lifting Equipment. A refund will not be given for the faulty unit unless there is absolutely no stock available to replace it. WA Lifting Equipment reserves the right to make that judgement.

RETURNS: All other products sold by WA Lifting Equipment that don’t carry a product warranty must only be returned if there is a defect in the manufacture or workmanship of that product. It must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a confirmed register receipt. We reserve the right to reject the return if there is no proof of purchase, or proof of faulty workmanship. A faulty returned product will be either replaced or refunded.
